Mr. Winston Nelson Jnr.

Mr. Winston Nelson Jnr. is the CEO of Amber Securities Limited (formerly African Alliance Securities Ghana Limited), a Member of the Ghana Stock Exchange. He is an accomplished financial adviser, stockbroker and capital markets expert who has led many landmark transactions in Ghana’s capital market for the past 18 years. His experience covers securities trading, investment research, stock market listings and delistings, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets development strategies.

Winston served on the Board of the Ghana Stock Exchange between 2009 and 2015. He currently serves on various boards and committees such as – Ghana Fixed Income governing Council, Business Conduct Committee of Central Securities Depository (GH) Limited and the Governing Council of the Ghana Securities Industry Association, where he is also the President.

Winston is a graduate of the University of Ghana Business School and the Department of Economics of the University of Ghana, where he obtained a BA in Economics & Management, and Brunel University, UK, where he obtained an MSc in International Money, Finance and Investments.
