The Ghana Securities Industry Association (GSIA) serves as the unified voice of Ghana’s securities industry, representing the interests of broker-dealers, custodians, fund managers, investment advisers, issuing houses, registrars, securities exchanges and securities depositories licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Incorporated as a company limited by guarantee on 11 December 2003, the association’s mandate spans advocacy, policy development, education, communication, and industry coordination. By working closely with regulators and key stakeholders, GSIA seeks to promote best practices, strengthen market structure and integrity, and advance the sustainable growth of Ghana’s capital market and its role within the broader financial ecosystem.
